DESCRIPTION: Gulf precast development consists of twelve buildings include office, rest area & prayer hall, service blocks, store, maintenance workshop. ECOBUILD was appointed to develop the sustainable design for the GPCC precast factory as well as the design of the fire and life safety was designed to target the Estidama One Pearl Building Rating System.

• Value, Engineering and Commissioning Consultancy
