DESCRIPTION: Two Residential Towers with Basement, Ground level, Mezzanine, two levels Podium, twenty-five levels of residential and amenities works. The plot area of C-105 is 22,132.75sq.m and the built up area is 166,257.73sq.m located in the central heart of AbuDhabi city with spectacular water front. The building will include and outdoor sports facilities and Public realm features including the promenade. Residential will have easy access to the wide range community facilities available in the wider area of AbuDhabi Island and the neightbouring Reem and Maryah Islands. The site is bounded by an existing road network, adjacent to one of the main bridges linking AbuDhabi Island to Reem Island and Al Maryah Island.
Ewan, the lead consultant, hired ECOBUILD to manage and lead the sustainability team during the construction of the project. ECOBUILD managed the involved sectors to maintain all Pearl One Estidama criteria, system commissioning for the total development as well as monitor the environmental activities at the coastal edge. Sustainability compliance management was carried out through direct supervise all the activities on site including, but not limited to, review and approve material submittals prior to procurement, assuring successful site audits during each stage of the project, provide management and technical support to contractor's team and supervising the testing and commissioning of all MEP systems.
Scope of Services: Sustainability Consultancy including;
- Green Building Certification (ESTIDAMA 1 Pearl)
- Supervise the activities of the contractor’s Pearl Qualified Professional (PQP) as per the construction documentation
