DESCRIPTION: The project includes 2 residential buildings with a shared basement and a common outdoor landscaped area in the center. The first building is 2B + G +7F + RF accommodating apartments accessible through 3 entrance lobbies at the ground floor. The second building is G+1 accommodating 16 town houses, each one is accessible directly from the ground floor. Both buildings share the same basement parking. The total GFA of the project is 39,080 Sq.m.
